What this site is

An independent information website about the BRISA Patong by Sansiri condominium project in Patong, Phuket, published by Tumanov Group. It is not the developer's official website. The project is developed by Sansiri.

Not an offer

Figures, dates and descriptions shown here are for reference. They do not constitute a public offer and may be changed by the developer without notice. Current terms are always confirmed in writing before any transaction.

Project stage

Construction has not started. The environmental impact report No. 256907-13 is filed for a condominium and is under review. Sansiri has announced a project presentation on 12 November, booking from 25 November and a Grand Opening on 7 December; construction and completion dates have not been announced.

Prices and plans

As of the last update of this page the developer had published a price range of ฿3.9–10.9M, unit types and sizes, facilities and distances. Unit-by-unit prices, payment terms, maintenance fees and the completion date are not published. Where sources differ (one agency lists 7 floors and 400 units), this site follows Sansiri: 8 floors and 389 units. Price per m² is an average for the project.

Ownership

The environmental assessment is filed for a condominium under the Condominium Act. Foreigners may own condominium units freehold within the quota of up to 49% of the total unit area. The final allocation of quota units is confirmed by the developer at the sale.
